I was at the QSAG in Herderson on Thursday to have my windshield estimated. Duke was very friendly and energetic. Cassandra was also friendly and helpful. She placed a 3-way conference with my insurance and got approval quickly. I came back the next day and Duke was there and still energetic. I got my windshield replaced and so far looks great! Had Mathew S. come out a couple months ago to replace the windshield on my 2000 Camaro after Phoenix Auto had screwed up the previous replacement. The Camaro has a wide and awkward windshield, but Mathew handled it with grace. Great conversation and paid close attention to detail. Hopefully I won't need a windshield replaced anytime soon, but if I do, i'm calling Mathew at Quick-Set.
