The customer should always know exactly what is going on with regard to their service, and the employee should be able to explain everything in a way that is helpful, informative, and not condescending. At Quick-Set, we don’t want our customers to feel alienated or like they’re just another number. At Quick-Set, our goal is to be your one-stop shop for everything auto glass, no matter the vehicle. From personal cars, company cars, fleet service, etc., we have the glass to fit most any windshield (and custom cutting abilities for those we don’t carry) so that you don’t have to run all over town in order to service different vehicles.

I asked him if he could wait for me to get there and he did, which I appreciated very much! My car also wouldn't turn on at all and he offered to check my car, asked me to open the hood, and offered solutions as to why it wasn't turning on (which is not his job so I appreciated him even more for doing that)!
