We cannot believe it! 2018 has come and gone and we are already discussing our 2019 goals. We called together our entire Quick-Set Auto Glass team to discuss our 2019 New Year’s Resolutions. This is what we came up with…
Customer Service. Providing excellent customer service to everybody we meet is what we excel at. From answering minor auto glass questions on the phone to responding to every Facebook message, we always provide our customers our deep knowledge of auto glass - and trust us, we have a lot!
Though, impeccable customer service has always been a key factor in our business, so how do we take our New Year’s Resolution to the next level? As a team, we discussed what could everybody be a part of this year that would better Quick-Set Auto Glass as a family AND impress our loyal customers beyond their wildest imaginations. We wanted something that is achievable, yet, will require work from our entire team. We considered high-fiving every customer that walked through the door, but that didn’t excite us enough. We considered calling every past customer of 2018 and personally thanking them for choosing Quick-Set Auto Glass - but that could seem a bit annoying to some.
After much debate and too much coffee, we finally came to a conclusion. Our 2019 New Year’s Resolution is to ONLY receive ★★★★★ Reviews online! Yes! Only five-star reviews is what we aim to achieve in 2019!
This means, from your first phone call in to Quick-Set Auto Glass, to the final window tape being placed on your vehicle’s windshield, we want to WOW you through the entire process.
